By using or accessing the site or the Services; creating and registering, or using the Services of the website including but not limited to uploading your resume, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below (Terms). These Terms constitute your binding obligations with the Website.

    4. Set preferred criteria of requirements as to the recruitments and modify the same during the subscription period of 1 (one) year.

  3. 7.3 All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Candidates. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to with the respective Issuing Bank.
  4. 7.4 While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the Candidates.
  5. 7.5 The payment facility provided by ibridgejobs.com is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash On Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, ibridgejobs.com is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the payment of fees and charges.

11. Termination and Suspension of Service:
